We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to lead our Provider Relations and Health Economics team in the US. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing innovative programs to support healthcare transformation and access to innovative technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead discussions with influential decision-makers to support strategic and product-level decisions
  • Develop and execute value-based care initiatives, including innovative contracting strategies
  • Present economic models and share insights on market access trends
  • Execute HEMA evidence/data sharing and market access strategies with key accounts
  • Partner with internal business partners to execute robust strategic account plans
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, or Health Plan industry
  • Track record of delivering business impact through health economic evidence communication, health policy, and reimbursement
  • Strong understanding of medical delivery systems, reimbursement, market access conditions, and health policy trends in the US
  • Solid knowledge of evidence needed to drive favorable US reimbursement and market access

  • Competitive salary range: $135,000 - $232,300
