About the Role:

LifeMD Southern Patient Care is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support our Virtual Patient Care platform. You will play a crucial role in fostering a friendly and engaging customer experience for our patients. Your responsibilities will include addressing patient inquiries and concerns while providing effective solutions. As a key point of contact between our patients and LifeMD Southern Patient Care, it is essential to exhibit professionalism and outstanding customer service skills. Responsibilities:

  1. Welcome patients with a friendly demeanor and represent our Virtual Care platform.
  2. Handle incoming calls from patients in a polite and professional manner.
  3. Offer solutions to patient inquiries and concerns.
  4. Maintain accurate patient accounts and information.
  5. Collaborate with the medical team to manage patient scheduling.
  6. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Candidate Requirements:

  • A high school diploma and at least 2 years of customer service experience.
  • Experience in a medical office setting and familiarity with medical terminology is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient computer skills and comfort with technology.
  • Excellent phone etiquette.
  • Strong data entry capabilities.
  • Able to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Work Location:

This position is based at a single location and does not offer remote work options.
