Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing various HR functions, including employee orientation, benefits administration, and performance management. They will also play a key role in developing and implementing policies and procedures to support our internal ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:- Annual update of Employee Handbook
- Develop and implement policies and procedures
- Responsible for new staff orientation
- Support rewards program design and delivery
- Oversee staff events and collaboration
- Track and report employee engagement metrics
- Internal learning and development programs
- Performance management process design and implementation
- Ensure compliance with federal and state employment law
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate shifting priorities and manage multiple tasks effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, is also required.
Requirements:- At least 2 years' experience in Human Resources or HR degree
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to navigate shifting priorities with ease
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
