About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Residential Treatment Specialist to join our team at Pioneer Human Services. This role is perfect for individuals who want to make a difference in their community and help others achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide physical care and support to residents.
  • Implement programming designed to assist residents with their individual treatment plans.
  • Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure the provision of quality and cost-effective chemical dependency services.
What You'll Bring
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Agency Affiliated Counselor (WAC 246-810-015, and RCW 18.19.210) within 60 days from the date of hire.
  • First Aid/CPR certification before first independent shift.
  • Valid driver's license.
