About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity to work as an HR Assistant Specialist for a leading company. As a key member of the HR team, you will be responsible for supporting various administrative tasks and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Job Responsibilities
  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR department, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Coordinate interviews, meetings, and trainings as needed.
  • Process payroll and ensure timely distribution.
  • Handle accounts receivable duties such as invoicing, billing, and collections.
  • Monitor and reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Essential Skills
  • Human resources experience.

  • Payroll management expertise.
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks.
  • Benefits administration knowledge.
  • Compliance management skills.

Compensation and Benefits
The estimated salary for this position is $22.00 - $25.00 per hour. You can expect a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as critical illness, accident, and hospital insurance. Additionally, you will have access to a 401(k) retirement plan, life insurance, short and long-term disability coverage, and a health spending account. Transportation benefits and an employee assistance program are also available.
