R&R Heating and Air Conditioning, a dynamic organization in the Inland Northwest, is seeking an HR Manager to join their Executive Team. This role offers a unique opportunity for a dedicated professional to support the company's growth and success.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing employee onboarding, benefits administration, and performance management. They will also develop and implement policies, procedures, and programs to enhance the internal ecosystem of the organization.
In addition to these key responsibilities, the HR Manager will oversee staff events, collaborate on engagement initiatives, and track employee engagement metrics. They will also play a critical role in designing and implementing the performance management process, ensuring compliance with federal and state employment laws.
The successful candidate will have at least 2 years' experience in Human Resources or an HR degree, with a strong focus on client service and attention to detail. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
This position offers a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as excellent benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401K, and more.
Responsibilities:
- Manage employee onboarding and benefits administration
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and programs to enhance the internal ecosystem of the organization
- Oversee staff events and collaboration on engagement initiatives
- Track employee engagement metrics and refine internal learning and development programs
- Play a critical role in designing and implementing the performance management process
- Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws
Required Skills and Qualifications:
