About the Role:

This Employee Support Specialist will be responsible for assisting in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training, and administration. As a key member of the team, you will maintain accurate employee records, coordinate onboarding programs, and promote company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the HR team in various initiatives and projects
  • Assist in recruitment efforts, including job posting and initial screenings
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
  • Assist in employee relations matters and ensure a positive work environment
  • Support training and development initiatives, including scheduling and logistics
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred or equivalent experience
  • Previous experience in HR or administrative roles is a plus
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR software
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is $19.00 per hour, with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical coverage, dental and vision insurance, 401K match, and paid time off.
