Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Treatment Specialist to join our team at Pioneer Human Services. As a key member of our Behavioral Health Division, you will play a vital role in providing quality and cost-effective chemical dependency services to justice-involved individuals.

Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year (dependent on experience)

About the Role:

  • Provide physical care and implement programming designed to assist residents with their individual treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure the provision of quality services.
  • Supervise and monitor resident movement, activity, and rule compliance.
  • Assess and respond appropriately to resident behaviors, attitudes, and dispositions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain Agency Affiliated Counselor certification within 60 days of hire.
  • First Aid/CPR certification before first independent shift.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as efficiency in task management and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and Internet navigation.
  • Valid driver's license.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • One year of acceptable experience in the human services field.
  • Coursework, experience, or training in human development, chemical dependency, group dynamics, residential treatment, or related disciplines is desirable.
