About the Position

The LPN will work at our Stabilization Facility, providing quality healthcare services to residents, including assessments, medication delivery, and treatment planning. The ideal candidate will communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Key Duties
  • Deliver high-quality healthcare services to residents, including assessing somatic conditions, delivering medications, and creating a favorable treatment environment.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and external agencies to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications
  • Nursing Degree from an accredited school of nursing and current Washington State LPN license in good standing.
  • At least six months of experience in a care setting, with preference given to applicants with mental health & chemical dependency experience.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and electronic charting systems.
