Position: After Hours Support Specialist

We are looking for an After Hours Support Specialist to become an integral part of our team. This position is essential in providing a secure and nurturing atmosphere for adolescents participating in our Youth Housing Programs. The successful candidate will thrive in a vibrant setting and possess a genuine commitment to positively influencing the lives of at-risk youth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver after-hours assistance and supervision for youth within our programs
  • Interact with staff and residents to identify and address their needs and concerns
  • Support crisis intervention, conflict resolution, and adherence to house rules
  • Work alongside case management to ensure seamless transitions for residents
  • Ensure compliance with all licensing requirements
  • Respond effectively to emergencies and provide necessary assistance
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of experience working with youth
  • Clear background check and acceptable driving record
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and respond swiftly in emergencies
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
