Job Overview

A prominent name in the luxury fitness industry is seeking a driven Sales Manager to spearhead our studio's success.

ROLE: The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing all sales activities within the studio while also supporting operational functions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 2 years in fitness sales or related sales experience is preferred.
  • Proficient in generating personal sales and leading a team of Sales Representatives.
  • Capability to manage diverse revenue streams, including memberships and retail sales.
  • Prior management or supervisory experience is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both in person and over the phone.
  • Results-driven with a competitive mindset and a solution-oriented approach.
  • Adept at identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective changes.
  • A genuine passion for fitness and wellness.
  • Strong writing and grammar skills.
  • Highly organized with proficiency in data management, able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Professional demeanor, punctual, reliable, and well-organized.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Trustworthy, capable of handling confidential information.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, clients, and the community.
  • Proficient in computer usage and studio management software.
  • A college degree is preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Generate leads through grassroots marketing and networking initiatives.
  • Implement a structured sales process to engage prospects in introductory classes.
  • Drive membership and retail sales.
  • Manage staff scheduling effectively.
  • Supervise and mentor Sales Representatives.
  • Support instructors in their roles within the studio.
  • Make independent decisions to ensure high-quality customer service.
  • Maintain a clean and organized studio environment.
  • Enforce studio policies and procedures consistently.
  • Coordinate and participate in community events and studio promotions.
  • Strategically oversee marketing campaigns to attract leads.
  • Perform any additional duties as assigned.
