  • Serve as a communication bridge between clients and internal departments to facilitate effective problem-solving.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our offerings to assist clients accurately and efficiently.
  • Identify and suggest opportunities for process enhancements to improve client experiences.
  • Share client feedback and insights with the team to foster continuous improvement.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and client preferences to recognize service enhancement opportunities.
  • Obtain an Insurance Property & Casualty License to better assist clients with insurance-related inquiries.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in customer service, showcasing a strong client-focused approach.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a creative approach to finding solutions.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, capable of multitasking and prioritizing effectively.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to obtain an Insurance Property & Casualty License.
