Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Experience:
    • Deliver best-in-class customer satisfaction by adhering to customer experience key behaviors and providing a friendly, can-do attitude.
    • Develop strong relationships with customers and have knowledge of account ownership.
    • Act with confidence to answer customer questions and resolve issues in a timely and responsive manner.
    • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to the Bancorp Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.
  • Operations:
    • Perform daily office responsibilities to maintain efficient operations and work with the platform team to resolve issues.
    • Maintain accurate balancing records and identify and correct discrepancies.
    • Stay up-to-date on bank policies and financial center procedures and take responsibility for knowledge sharing.
    • Handle customer problems with professionalism and direct complex issues to leadership as needed.
  • Referrals:
    • Meet or exceed sales referrals as set by management.
    • Participate in daily huddles, sales meetings, and staff meetings to stay informed and engaged.
    • Maintain a working knowledge of retail products and services and take responsibility for ongoing development.
    • Initiate conversations to uncover customer needs and refer customers to business partners for product and service sales.
    • Utilize tools for tracking referrals and monitor progression to ensure proper disposition.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to perform advanced math functions and handle cash transactions.
  • Professional image and ability to interact comfortably with the public.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Working Conditions:

  • Normal office environment with extended computer screen use.
