About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Sales team at Uline, Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Sales team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Assist in responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process customer orders and quotes, and obtain pricing and quotes from vendors as needed.
  • Support Sales Leadership with reports, projects, and other administrative tasks.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Service or Administration.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
  • Strong multitasking and time-management skills.
