  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for business expansion within the hospitality industry.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the executive team to develop and refine the company's business development strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
  • Communication: Lead negotiations and execute agreements with potential partners, customers, and collaborators, ensuring favorable terms and mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Team Management: Work closely with the sales team to drive revenue growth through the acquisition of new customers, expansion of existing accounts, and the development of innovative sales strategies.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven track record of at least 10 years of successful experience in business development within the hospitality industry.
  • Leadership: Previous experience building/leading a business development department.
  • Skills: Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
