Position Overview

The Madonna Inn is currently looking for a dedicated Prep/Banquet Cook to join our culinary team. This role requires prior experience in a kitchen environment and offers opportunities for professional development in various kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform essential food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, creating salad dressings, and preparing large quantities of side dishes from scratch.
  • Manage the Steak House Salad station, which includes assembling dinner salads, preparing relish trays, and crafting bread baskets, along with some appetizer preparations.
  • Assist in food preparation for large banquet events, catering to up to 800 guests.
Availability Requirements

Flexibility in scheduling is preferred, with a focus on afternoon and evening shifts. Weekend and holiday availability is essential.
