Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook a variety of hot and cold food items to order, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Manage food inventory, including date labeling and rotation of perishable items.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and presentation.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down banquet events, including food preparation and presentation.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to read and follow recipes and menus.
- Knowledge of food safety and handling procedures.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects, as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment preferred.
- Food Handler Card required.
This is a full-time position, working a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
