Field Layout Specialist

Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Layout Engineer to join our team. As a Field Layout Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise in construction layout, surveying, and documentation. You will work closely with our project management team to ensure that all construction projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement construction layout plans and strategies to ensure efficient and safe project execution.
- Conduct site surveys and perform layout calculations to ensure accurate and precise construction.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to develop and implement project documentation, including as-builts and other project records.
- Provide technical support and guidance to project teams on construction layout, surveying, and documentation.
- Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective project execution.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction layout, surveying, and documentation.
- Strong technical knowledge of construction layout, surveying, and documentation principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed.
- Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Professional certifications in construction layout, surveying, and documentation.
- Experience with construction management software and technology.
