Global Account Director

The Global Account Manager will lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction for a key global account. This will involve building strong relationships with the customer's leadership team, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and ensuring seamless execution of sales and service initiatives.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Developing and executing a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction for the key global account.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with the customer's leadership team, including key decision-makers and influencers.
• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across the customer's organization, including upselling and cross-selling of AWS services.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success, to ensure seamless execution of sales and service initiatives.
• Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of the customer's business needs, goals, and challenges, and using this knowledge to inform sales strategies and tactics.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
• 7+ years of experience in sales leadership, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction in a global account setting.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with senior-level customers and internal stakeholders.
• A deep understanding of the AWS platform and services, as well as a strong ability to communicate the value proposition to customers.
