Position Overview:
Join our team as a Senior Accountant, where you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the financial integrity of our organization. This position offers a dynamic work environment with a hybrid model, allowing for flexibility and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and maintain financial statements in accordance with US GAAP standards.
2. Execute full cycle accounting, including the preparation of general ledger journal entries and conducting reconciliations and analyses.
3. Assist in the development of budgets and forecasts to support business objectives.
4. Facilitate reporting and billing processes to ensure accurate financial tracking.
5. Contribute to the establishment and maintenance of internal controls and policies aligned with best practices.
6. Participate in the annual audit preparation process.
7. Investigate and resolve accounting discrepancies and issues.
8. Review and analyze commercial contracts and agreements for appropriate accounting treatment.
9. Provide training and guidance to non-financial staff on compliance and accounting procedures.
10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on special projects and initiatives.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with 5-7 years of relevant experience; CPA designation is advantageous.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with Microsoft Business Central and Sitetracker.
- Strong understanding of financial principles and US GAAP regulations.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
