Key Responsibilities

  • Client Partnerships: Build close partnerships with clients and help their business grow by developing and delivering the best solutions for attracting candidates.
  • Interviews and Evaluations: Conduct in-person interviews to thoroughly evaluate candidates.
  • Team Development: Mentor and develop entry-level sales consultants across the office.
  • Proposal Development: Develop and pitch proposals to clients.
  • Commercial Negotiations: Negotiate commercial terms of business and rates.
Requirements
  • Adaptability: Be adaptable and thrive in new situations where you can think on your feet.
  • Coachability and Curiosity: Be coachable, able to implement feedback, and dedicated to continuous self-improvement.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written communication, articulate, and a strong note-taker and listener.
  • Experience: 2+ years in a recruitment or sales development role, with prospecting experience required.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with Salesforce and sales tools (Zoominfo, LinkedIn recruiter, job boards, etc.).
  • Attitude and Results: A positive attitude and desire to win, with a proven history of consistently achieving quotas or objectives.
  • Education: BA/BS degree or equivalent.
