As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production equipment and maintaining a safe and secure work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the employees and activities of the maintenance department to ensure safety, quality, productivity, and housekeeping standards are met or exceeded.
  • Maintenance Planning and Scheduling: Plan, schedule, and oversee the maintenance of production equipment to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Training and Development: Facilitate on-the-job training and development of subordinates' skills to ensure a continued high level of maintenance and morale.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Facilitate communications and dissemination of information between crew operations and ensure effective collaboration with other departments.
  • Record Keeping and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including machine, repair, and maintenance records.
  • Equipment Reliability: Monitor machine parts and supplies for production equipment to maintain equipment reliability.
  • Quality and Maintenance Standards: Evaluate tooling and machinery to ensure compliance with established quality and maintenance standards.
  • Preventative Maintenance: Furnish preventative maintenance plans, work orders, schedules, results, and any revisions to the maintenance standards.
  • Manufacturing Execution System: Access, input, and retrieve information from the manufacturing execution system.
  • Standard Operating Procedures: Initiate, review, master, and follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) for area of responsibility.
  • Performance Analysis and Improvement: Perform downtime analysis and implement corrections to performance misses in Safety, Quality, and Production Performance.
  • Problem Solving and Root Cause Analysis: Participate in root cause and team problem-solving events to improve plant performance.
  • Performance Evaluations and Discipline: Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive, and handles discipline of employees as needed in accordance with company policy.
  • Budgeting and Cost Control: Assist with budget estimates and costs of overhaul and repair projects.
Requirements
  • Experience: Broad experience usually acquired through working in a manufacturing plant.
  • Certification: Certification preferred or in lieu of on-the-job training.
  • Job-Related Experience: Job-related experience for 2 years minimum.
  • EEOC and AAP Employment Law: Familiarity with EEOC and AAP employment law.
  • Payroll Systems: Ability to learn payroll systems, preferred Workday or Kronos.
  • Integrity and Ethics: High level of integrity, trust, and ethical standards.
  • General Supervisory Practices: Generally accepted supervisory practices and procedures.
  • Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive related and proprietary information in a confidential manner.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze and interpret statistical data in order to make recommendations.
  • Certifications/Licenses/Other: Green Belt certification preferred.
Compensation and Benefits

The annual base salary range for this role is from $98,000 to $110,250, plus an annual target bonus of 12.5% of base salary.
