As a key partner to our Research Analysts, Portfolio Managers, and Corporate Investor Relations teams, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with investment professionals and corporate partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a corporate relations strategy that adds value to the investment process
  • Build and maintain relationships with investment professionals and corporate partners
  • Curate and manage direct access to corporates, experts, and bespoke research trips
  • Provide critical connectivity between T. Rowe's investors and the market
  • Develop relationships with investment professionals to understand their needs and engage them proactively
  • Partner with the Head of Corporate Relations, U.S. Origination to strategize and advance the Corporate Relations program
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum 10+ years' experience in financial services, either sell-side corporate access, research sales or investor relations experience is desirable
  • Knowledge of trends, best practices, and developments in Corporate Access
  • Proven ability to influence and develop relationships with key stakeholders
  • Self-directed and able to perform assignments independently
