Precision Assembly and Testing Specialist

Position Overview:
The Precision Assembly and Testing Specialist is responsible for executing meticulous assembly on intricate production and repair actuators. This role involves making adjustments or alignments through shimming and other mechanical methods as dictated by technical drawings or specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct precision assembly tasks utilizing a range of mechanical measuring instruments including:
- Dial Indicators
- Calipers
- Indicators
- Ensure dimensional accuracy on assemblies by employing torque wrenches, fixtures, tooling, gauges, and other measurement devices.
- Follow assembly instructions, both written and verbal, to achieve high-quality outcomes.
Qualifications and Experience:
- 10% shift differential applicable for second shift.
- Work hours are from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM.
- Minimum requirement: High School Diploma or GED.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is essential.
- Experience in Aerospace and Hydraulics is advantageous.
- Secret clearance is required.
Compensation:
The hourly wage for this position is competitive and may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This information is provided in accordance with applicable regulations and is influenced by market location.
Additional Information:
- A valid driver’s license and the necessary state-required minimum vehicle insurance coverage are mandatory for access to company property.
