Key Responsibilities:
Execute a variety of assembly tasks on hydraulic, pneumatic, and electro-mechanical valves, actuators, and systems utilizing a range of electrical and mechanical measuring instruments, assembly tools, and cleaning devices.
Must interpret drawings, worksheets, parts lists, and other documentation, and possess a solid understanding of the products to conduct diagnostic rework (or troubleshooting) on units that fail to meet testing standards.
Engage in repairs typically associated with production units. Operate hydraulic stands to carry out assembly tasks, and set up AMPS and 151 stages. Some testing is required following established procedures. Actively contribute to a collaborative work environment by enhancing productivity, showing initiative, cooperating with team members, collecting data, and maintaining a positive attitude.Qualifications and Educational Background:
Job Type: 1st Shift
Essential Skills: Proficiency in using hand tools and adhering to written instructions. Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
Experience in complex assembly is required. Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED.
Preferred Qualifications: Airframe & Powerplant license.
Compensation:
The compensation for this role is competitive; however, the offered salary may differ based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
