Position Overview

As a Mechanical Assembly and Testing Specialist, you will be responsible for executing precise assembly tasks on intricate production and repair actuators. Your role will involve making adjustments and alignments through shimming and other mechanical methods as dictated by technical blueprints or specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct precision assembly utilizing a range of mechanical measuring tools, including dial indicators and calipers, to ensure adherence to assembly specifications.
- Maintain dimensional accuracy during assembly processes using torque wrenches, fixtures, and various measuring devices.
- Follow assembly instructions provided in both written and verbal formats.

Qualifications and Educational Background:
- Minimum requirement of a high school diploma or GED.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Experience in aerospace and hydraulics is advantageous.
- Shift differential of 10% for second shift work.
- Standard working hours are from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM.

Compensation:
The hourly pay for this position is competitive and will be determined based on your job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

- A valid driver's license and the necessary state-required vehicle insurance are mandatory for site access.
