Job Overview

As a Front Desk Supervisor with Sage Hospitality, you will be responsible for overseeing the front office staff to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer service. Your primary goal will be to provide a warm and welcoming experience for our guests, responding promptly and professionally to their inquiries and concerns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train front desk staff to ensure optimal service delivery and hospitality standards.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Process guest arrivals and departures, ensuring accurate and timely completion of check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Manage cash transactions, maintain accurate records, and adhere to established cash handling procedures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and requests in a courteous and knowledgeable manner.
  • Operate PBX equipment, including assisting with outgoing calls, scheduling wake-up calls, and paging guests.
  • Maintain a friendly, cheerful, and courteous demeanor at all times, embodying the Sage Hospitality culture.
Requirements
  • High school education or equivalent experience.
  • 1 or more years of employment experience in a related position, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Understanding of hotel front office procedures, including cash handling and computerized systems.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to operate computer, calculator, and telephone keyboards, as well as lift up to 50 pounds of guest luggage.
