We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Director to join our team and build strategic partnerships with companies in related fields.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in establishing and nurturing relationships with companies in debt settlement, credit repair, mortgage, and other relevant industries. The goal is to create win-win partnerships that lead to client referrals, ensuring more consumers receive the assistance they need to rectify errors in their credit reports.

Tier 1 Priorities
  • Identify potential partner companies within the debt settlement, credit repair, mortgage, and other relevant groups/companies likely to have members/employees with errors on their credit report.
  • Conduct thorough research to understand the business models and needs of these companies, creating tailored outreach strategies to effectively engage with target companies.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of potential partners and contacts.
  • Initiate contact with prospective partner companies through various channels (email, phone, social media, in-person meetings).
  • Articulate the benefits of partnering with our law firm and how we can support their clients.
  • Foster and maintain enduring relationships with partner companies.
Tier 2 Priorities
  • Work closely with our management team to understand our services and value propositions.
  • Create compelling outreach materials and presentations.
  • Coordinate referral processes and ensure seamless communication between our firm and partner companies.
  • Monitor outreach efforts and measure the success of partnership initiatives.
  • Provide regular reports on outreach activities, partnership development, and referral outcomes.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or partnership management, preferably in the financial, medical, or legal sectors.
  • Superior customer service and communication skills with potential referral partners and team members.
  • Ambition to expand industry knowledge and learn about our services in great detail.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize well.
