About the Role

WNNL Acquisition Firm is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Oncology Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales success in Arizona, Utah, Colorado, and Wyoming.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Excellence: Achieve sales goals and market share targets in your assigned territory by building and enhancing relationships with key customers, including oncologists, hematologists, oncology nurses, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders such as tumor boards, teaching institutions, oncology patient organizations, hospitals, and formulary committees.
  • Compliance: Adhere to all regulatory and promotional guidelines to ensure ethical and effective promotion of our products.
Qualifications - Skills & Requirements
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Salesforce/Veeva.
  • Flexibility: Availability for occasional nights, weekends, and business travel by air, rail, or automobile as required by territory demands.
  • Location Requirement: Must reside within the territory (Arizona, Utah, Colorado, Wyoming).
  • Compliance: Must be willing to undergo a drug test and post-offer physical (if required). A valid U.S. driver's license, car, and a clean driving record in compliance with company standards are essential.
Education & Experience
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is required, with a preference for majors in Biological Science and/or Chemistry.
  • Sales Experience: 1-3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience is required, with a preference for 3 years of experience in the Oncology, Immunology, Hematology, or Rare Disease therapeutic markets.
  • Preferred Candidates: Oncology RNs, PAs, NPs, or equivalent with previous pharmaceutical sales experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Proven Success: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales objectives, particularly in territories with minimal co-promotion or POD selling environments.
