Salary Range:

$38,000 - $64,000

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address intricate billing inquiries and oversee receivables to enhance cash flow.
  • Collaborate with relevant parties to evaluate outstanding receivables and disputed premiums.
  • Employ decision-making abilities to manage cases and assignments effectively.
  • Independently execute tasks, including addressing customer inquiries and conducting account research.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and organizational capabilities.

Primary Duties:

  • Examine accounts and manage them until a resolution is achieved.
  • Investigate and analyze disputed billing transactions.
  • Ensure precise payment application and rectify discrepancies.
  • Keep relevant parties updated on changes in billing status.
  • Investigate aged debits and/or credits.
  • Identify uncollectible premiums and take necessary actions.
  • Negotiate within established company guidelines.
  • Manage complex accounts and act as a technical resource.
  • Engage in special projects and provide mentorship.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

  • A college degree or relevant experience in the accounting or insurance sectors.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and database management software.
  • Exhibit a commitment to exceptional service and outstanding communication skills.
  • Able to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
