Position Overview:
As a Client Solutions Specialist, you will deliver exceptional service to our members, partners, plan sponsors, and investment professionals. Your ability to comprehend high-level product and regulatory requirements will be essential in addressing general account inquiries, plan fees, and other questions. Additionally, you will effectively communicate Client marketing strategies to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls from investment professionals, plan sponsors, and members on various topics, demonstrating a thorough understanding of our product offerings.
- Interpret and implement changes to both new and existing products based on daily communications, proactively identifying underlying questions to provide consultative support.
- Document conversations meticulously to enhance our understanding of members and strengthen relationships.
- Adhere to all compliance regulations, including FINRA and other licensing requirements, as well as Client policies and state laws.
- Educate customers on tax implications, penalties, death benefits, and other relevant aspects of their plans.
- Analyze issues to determine the best course of action, striving for first-contact resolution and collaborating with internal teams for escalated matters.
- Engage in monthly meetings with leadership to develop a career path strategy, setting goals for success in your current role and future opportunities.
- Other duties may be assigned as necessary.
Licenses/Certifications:
- ChFC, CLU, or other industry designations are desirable.
- FINRA series 6 and/or 26 licenses may be required based on assigned products or distribution systems.
Experience and Skills:
- Familiarity with various insurance products and the sales process.
- Understanding of state and local laws regarding product features.
- Knowledge of FINRA regulations and their implications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in computer applications and office software.
- Adept at utilizing technology to enhance customer interactions.
- Leadership skills and relevant experiences are advantageous.
