Core Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and conduct comprehensive internal audits, encompassing planning, execution, and reporting phases.
  • Evaluate the efficiency of internal controls, risk management strategies, and governance frameworks.
  • Pinpoint areas needing enhancement and offer practical recommendations to boost operational effectiveness and compliance.
  • Work collaboratively with various teams to ensure timely resolution of audit findings.
  • Develop detailed audit reports and communicate results to senior leadership and the audit committee.
  • Keep abreast of industry developments, regulatory updates, and best practices in the field of internal auditing.
  • Provide mentorship and support to junior auditors, promoting a culture of ongoing learning and professional growth.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • CPA, CIA, or equivalent certification is preferred.
  • At least 2+ years of experience in a Big 4 accounting firm.
  • Demonstrated experience in executing full-cycle audits.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and resolving complex challenges.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in audit software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
