Facilities Operations Manager

Position Overview:
Old National Bank, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Facilities Operations Manager to oversee the maintenance and functionality of our properties. Our commitment to work-life balance fosters a productive environment for our team members.

In this role, you will report directly to the Corporate Facilities Assistant Director and be responsible for ensuring that all facilities are maintained to the highest standards of appearance and operational efficiency, while also focusing on cost reduction without compromising quality.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain high standards for all ONB properties, ensuring both aesthetic appeal and functionality.
  • Collaborate with the Construction Projects Manager on significant facilities construction initiatives.
  • Establish and enforce maintenance standards across the entire ONB footprint to guarantee consistency and quality.
  • Oversee relationships with outsourced property management and construction firms.
  • Develop and implement cost-effective preventative maintenance programs.
  • Manage urgent maintenance issues in partnership with ONB leadership and external property management.
  • Assist the Facilities team in annual budget planning and property maintenance prioritization.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction and/or facilities management.
  • At least 5 years of experience in vendor management.
  • In-depth knowledge of building systems and construction processes.
  • Experience in corporate real estate is preferred.
  • Background in financial institutions is advantageous.
  • Proficient in managing contractor relationships and internal client needs.
  • Strong budgeting and planning capabilities.
  • Experience in defining project scopes and ensuring adherence to them.
  • Ability to review, approve, and process invoices related to assigned properties.
  • Skilled in conflict resolution with vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite is essential.
