Account Executive, Client Strategy Professional

Bold Strategies, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Account Executive to join our Client Strategy team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing client accounts and executing projects across multiple platforms.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate with internal departments and troubleshoot Retailer and DTC platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure project success
- Monitor and troubleshoot Retailer and DTC platforms for client accounts
- Develop knowledge of assigned brand or retailer brand positioning, goals, consumer/shopper targets, and marketing strategies
- Tactically support programs, including timeline development, meeting agendas, call reports, and material review
- Develop proficiency across all Bold internal workflow systems
- Maintain and update team reports, including weekly status and marketplace assessments
- 2+ years of experience in an account management role, preferably in an agency environment
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders
- Proficiency in project and task management
- Ability to manage concurrent priorities, adhere to strict timelines, and work well with cross-functional teams
- Good foundational understanding of the retail landscape, including retail media networks, technologies, and best practices
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Seller Center, Shopify, or similar
- Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, business, or related field
