Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Regulatory Compliance Specialist to enhance our sustainability and packaging efforts at ILIA Beauty.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product development, packaging, and cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
- Oversee waste management initiatives to promote sustainability.
- Manage documentation related to regulations affecting packaging, including sustainability, recycling, and safety assessments.
- Assist in the preparation of necessary documents for product registration in new markets and for new product launches.
- Support global compliance efforts and product registration for both new and existing products in current markets.
- Aid in the formulation of composite formulas for multi-shade products.
- Create, update, and maintain efficacy test reports.
- Review raw material compliance for formulas and request additional information as necessary.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in regulatory affairs within the cosmetic industry, with a focus on packaging and sustainability.
- Comprehensive knowledge of global product launches across various beauty categories, including skincare and makeup.
- Familiarity with cosmetic regulations in Canada, the USA, and Europe.
- Proficient in Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and Google Suite.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with a detail-oriented approach, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with product development teams, contract manufacturers, and raw material suppliers.
