About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Player Development Coordinator to join our team at Muckleshoot Casino Resort. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a vital role in supporting the growth and development of our players.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional guest service and support to players, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of player information, including ticket inventory and tracking.
  • Coordinate and assist with the execution of marketing events and promotions, including data entry and list management.
  • Support the development and implementation of player engagement strategies, including gifting programs and player development initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of events and promotions.
  • Perform specialized and technical clerical work, including document creation, data entry, typing, and filing.
  • Assist with the maintenance of office supplies and place orders as needed.
  • Support special projects and events as assigned by department staff.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
  • Three years of administrative assistant experience to senior management in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
  • One year of marketing administrative support experience to senior staff.
  • Exceptional guest service skills and ability to work with the public.
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in English.
  • Strong analytical, statistical, mathematical, and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work in a high-demand environment with strong deliverables.
  • Proficient conflict resolution and negotiating skills.
  • Organizational and time management skills.
  • Confidentiality in handling materials and information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Programs.
