Job Summary

Main Responsibilities
  • Perform data entry tasks, including inputting and updating inventory records, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Assist with coordinating shipments, tracking orders, and verifying incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Manage filing systems for warehouse documents, including invoices, packing slips, and purchase orders.
  • Respond to email and phone inquiries related to warehouse operations, providing excellent customer service and support.
  • Prepare and process shipping labels, packing lists, and other shipping documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Assist in inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure accurate order processing and timely deliveries, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Perform basic office tasks, including photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents, as needed.
  • Monitor and order office and warehouse supplies, ensuring a well-stocked and efficient work environment.
  • Adhere to all safety and compliance regulations, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role, preferably within a warehouse environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with warehouse management software (WMS) is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, with a focus on maintaining high-quality records.
Work Hours
  • Part-time schedule, typically 20-25 hours per week.
  • Flexibility in scheduling may be required, with the ability to work varied shifts and weekends as needed.
