Project Coordinator

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team at OpTech. The successful candidate will provide support to our Integration Consultants in coordinating project activities and deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain project documentation by gathering relevant information from various sources.
- Create and maintain project database, team contacts / distribution lists.
- Ensure version control for documentation and approvals.
- Update Steering Committee and Stakeholder Meeting materials as directed.
- Update standard project reports as directed.
- Track status of requests, invoices, and approvals.
- Schedule Project Training for team members and operations and support teams.
- Perform contractor procurement, manages onboarding and offboarding.
- Update project documentation as needed.
Project Execution:
- Responsible for managing a phase or segments of a larger project -- or -- Responsible for managing a small, less complex project.
- Responsible for on-time delivery and execution of assigned projects and initiatives to deliver business value.
- Responsible for securing resources to meet project demands.
- Understands the project budget, timeline, and key dependencies, escalates issues as needed.
- Communicates accurate and timely project accomplishments and overall project health to stakeholders via required measures and methods (such as status reports, metrics, checkpoints, portfolio reports and scorecards).
