Key Responsibilities

  • Review and balance all financial documentation, including cash drawer activities, credit card transactions, room billing, final invoice preparation, and occupancy statistics.
  • Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports to the general manager, department heads, and hotel management.
  • Execute additional administrative, bookkeeping, and accounting tasks as necessary.
  • Deliver outstanding service to all hotel guests throughout their stay.
  • Address inquiries, manage reservations and check-ins, coordinate housekeeping, security, and service requests, resolve guest issues, and perform other front desk responsibilities as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Availability for overnight shifts; flexible scheduling is essential.
  • Proficiency in computer usage is necessary; familiarity with accounting or reservation systems is advantageous.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; some college education is preferred.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.
  • Experience in front desk operations, guest services, night auditing, or a background in hospitality is preferred but not mandatory.
