Job Summary

Elite Xteriors NC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our dynamic team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for delivering compelling sales presentations that identify the customers' needs and provide 'best value' solutions while in the home.

This role requires a self-starter who is adept at building rapport, identifying and seizing opportunities, and driving results. You will be expected to meet and exceed sales targets while representing Elite Xteriors NC in a professional and knowledgeable manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients
  • Generate and follow through on new leads and sales opportunities
  • Conduct in-depth consultations to analyze client needs and present appropriate solutions
  • Create and deliver detailed proposals and quotes to clients
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate project completion
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and growth
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities
  • Attend networking events, trade shows, and conferences to promote Elite Xteriors NC and its services

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B or B2C sales, preferably in the construction industry
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Proficient in Google Suite and CRM software
  • Willingness to travel within Wake County, North Carolina
