Job Description:

As a Business Growth Manager - Sales Development, you will be responsible for overseeing our sales development team and driving pipeline growth through effective coaching, performance management, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive pipeline growth
  • Manage and coach a team of sales development representatives
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive approach to lead generation and nurturing

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience as a Sales Development Manager
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and CRM software
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
