Job Description
At Labelmaster, we are a leading provider of innovative solutions for the hazardous materials management industry. We're seeking an experienced Packaging Products Business Growth Manager to join our team.

We help both small and large businesses take the complexity out of moving and shipping hazardous materials, making the world a safer place. Our Packaging Products Business Growth Manager's primary duties include identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining successful relationships with prospects and existing clients, collaborating with executives on business strategy, evaluating current business performance, and maximizing business reach potential in the market or base.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in Business Development or Account Management, with 3+ years' experience selling products or services to the chemical industry. A proven track record of sales growth success is essential, as well as a passion for helping customers make the right decisions for their business. The salary for this position is approximately $95,000 per year, plus commission/bonus. Key Responsibilities
  • New packaging products sales growth through proactive engagement with potential and existing customers in the Chemical Industry.
  • Meet revenue goals by qualifying and closing identified opportunities, new prospects, and growth accounts.
  • Assess customers' information needs, help them make sense of the information they have, and connect them with the tools, resources, and data they need to make good decisions.
  • Build an accurate and robust opportunity pipeline that provides visibility and confidence to exceed your goals through use of selling skills, marketing, social media, and CRM tools.
  • Create lead-generation campaigns and utilize virtual sales techniques (cold-calling, emailing, LinkedIn, CRM-SF, etc.) to prospect and build new business within an assigned geography.
