Job Summary:
Constellation Health Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Clinical Operations to lead our Certified Home Health Program. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the fiscal and operational activities of the program, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and driving quality care and organizational performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement organizational policies and procedures to support the mission and goals of the organization.
- Provide leadership and consultation to the management team, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
- Oversee the development of strategic goals and operational plans to drive business growth and improvement.
- Allocate and delegate work effectively, ensuring employees achieve maximum potential.
- Interface and communicate with regulatory bodies, such as DHS and CMS, to ensure compliance and quality care.
- Develop and implement record systems and statistical reporting systems to track program documentation, planning, and evaluation.
- Demonstrate positive written and verbal communication, internal and external to the organization.
- Ensure a high commitment to customer service and quality organizational standards.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of employment.
- Required licensure, education, training, and qualifications to qualify for the role in the state.
- Clinical leadership and operations experience in Medicare Certified Home Health.
- Expert knowledge in Home Health regulations and OASIS.
- Eight years of certified home health experience, five of which were in management/leadership.
