Position Overview

Salary: $125K - $150K

Role: The Clinical Services Administrator - RN is responsible for overseeing the Certified Home Health Program at Constellation Health Services. This leadership position entails managing the financial and operational aspects of the home health initiative, ensuring effective long-term planning, organization, direction, and staffing of the program.

Key Qualifications:

  • Must possess a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the respective state.
  • Compliance with all necessary licensure, educational, and training requirements as mandated by state regulations.
  • Demonstrated experience in clinical leadership and operations within Medicare Certified Home Health.
  • In-depth knowledge of Home Health regulations and OASIS standards.
  • A minimum of eight years in certified home health, with at least five years in a management or leadership capacity.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement organizational policies and procedures that align with the mission and objectives of the organization while ensuring compliance with credentialing and regulatory standards.
  • Provide leadership and strategic consultation to the management team.
  • Conduct regular meetings with management and staff to facilitate smooth operations and effective communication.
  • Establish procedures for staff communication that support the coordinated implementation of treatment plans and the provision of necessary services for quality patient care.
  • Formulate strategic goals and operational plans to enhance service delivery.
  • Effectively allocate and delegate tasks to maximize employee potential.
  • Engage with DHS, CMS, and other federal, state, and private organizations on behalf of the agency.
  • Ensure the development and maintenance of record-keeping and statistical reporting systems for program documentation, planning, and evaluation.
  • Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills, both internally and externally.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to exceptional customer service and uphold high organizational standards.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
