Position Overview

Salary: $125K - $150K

Role: The Clinical Services Administrator - RN is responsible for overseeing the Certified Home Health Program at Constellation Health Services. This leadership position entails managing the financial and operational aspects of the home health program, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Qualifications:

  • Must possess a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the respective state.
  • Required qualifications include licensure, education, and training as mandated by state regulations.
  • Demonstrated experience in clinical leadership and operations within Medicare Certified Home Health.
  • Extensive knowledge of Home Health regulations and OASIS requirements.
  • A minimum of eight years in certified home health, with at least five years in a management or leadership role.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement organizational policies and procedures that align with the mission and objectives of the organization while ensuring compliance with credentialing and regulatory standards.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the management team.
  • Conduct regular meetings with management and staff to facilitate effective communication and operational efficiency.
  • Establish procedures for staff communication to ensure coordinated implementation of treatment plans and optimal service delivery to patients.
  • Set strategic goals and operational plans to enhance service delivery.
  • Delegate tasks effectively and support staff in reaching their full potential.
  • Engage with DHS, CMS, and other relevant organizations on behalf of the agency.
  • Ensure the development and maintenance of record-keeping and statistical reporting systems for program documentation and evaluation.
  • Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills, both internally and externally.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
