Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance Services: Perform routine and preventative maintenance tasks to ensure the upkeep of apartment homes, buildings, and grounds, including repairs, painting, and cleaning.
  • Plumbing, Electrical, and HVAC Systems: Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems, ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
  • Inspections and Compliance: Conduct thorough inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory standards, such as NSPIRE, MOR, TCAC, CALFHA, and city regulations.
  • Client Relations: Foster strong relationships with clients, residents, and vendors, providing excellent communication and customer service skills.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in residential property management or hotel maintenance.
  • Skillset: Proficient in plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems; knowledge of safety protocols; ability to wear a respirator; valid driver's license; basic computer skills (email, internet, etc.).
