Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Kimbrell's Furniture. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a professional attitude, and ensuring maximum client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Meet and communicate with customers in a courteous and professional manner, presenting facts related to our home furnishings and products.
Promptly resolve customer complaints and ensure maximum client satisfaction.
Achieving established goals, including driving sales and increasing purchase amounts.
Directing customers to merchandise within the store, maintaining an orderly appearance, and introducing promotions and opportunities to customers.
Cross-selling products to increase purchase amounts and building productive, trusting relationships with customers to ensure future sales.

Requirements:
Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service.
Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours as directed by the Manager.
Comply with all Kimbrell's Furniture's rules and policies, acting in the best interest of Kimbrell's at all times and fully cooperating in any company investigation.
Fluency in English/Spanish.
