Job Summary

Are you a sales-driven individual with a passion for the automotive industry? We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team at Brown and Wood Buick GMC Cadillac Mazda.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure exceptional customer service and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date on products, market trends, and industry developments to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics, including customer satisfaction and sales volume.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and implement sales plans and strategies.

Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of retail automotive sales experience.
  • Prior sales training and certification is a plus.
