Key Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed sales goals by closing sales, overturning objections, and negotiating contracts
- Engage with potential customers in a positive and warm manner, explaining the benefits of our services and products
- Listen to concerns, understand, and problem-solve issues in a polite and empathetic manner
- Recommend personalized solutions to customers to improve sales margins and increase customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Background in Sales, Wireless Sales, Telecommunications, or Customer Service
- Confident, outgoing, and energetic
- Excellent at presenting information directly to customers and closing sales
- Proven ability to overturn objections, solve problems, and drive sales margins
