About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Executive to join our team at Konami Gaming, Inc. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a world leader in systems and game development, offering a dynamic and creative environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell and oversee the sale of gaming products to licensed casino operators within the gaming industry, within assigned territory.
  • Travel throughout assigned territory to call on regular and prospective customers to solicit orders, resolve customer issues, or analyze sales floor and develop business relations.
  • Update and report product forecast reports on a regular basis, identifying major sales opportunities and marketing needs.
  • Maintain a thorough working knowledge of product line and its application within the marketplace, displaying or demonstrating product, using samples or catalog, and emphasizing salable features.
  • Quote prices and credit terms and prepare sales contracts for orders obtained, estimating date of delivery to customer based on knowledge of own firm's production and delivery schedules.
  • Prepare reports of business transactions and keep expense accounts, complying and maintaining updated account database of all customers through personal contacts, trade journals, business directories, industry ads, trade shows, Internet Websites, and other sources.
  • Use electronic contact management systems to manage territories and set objectives, working with internal departments to target customers, create forecasts, report account activities, marketing needs, and literature.
  • Track stock levels, coordinate customer training, enter new customer data and other sales data for current customers into computer database, collaborate to resolve delivery problems, and prepare for trade shows.
  • Report any discrepancies, changes, or recommendations, and/or problems for resolution to senior management, complying with the company's regulatory guidelines and corporate policies at all times.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding the company, products, and employee information, performing other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5+ years of related experience and/or training with large accounts; gaming industry experience a plus
  • Ability to communicate professionally and efficiently, both verbally and in writing, with all levels of the business
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
  • Advanced Microsoft Office experience, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to obtain and retain gaming licensure(s)
